WEH® Connector TW05 for testing of components with female thread, grip sleeve actuation, 5 - 12 bar - Product family
The WEH® TW05 quick connector is the ideal tool for function, pressure and leak testing. Pneumatic components with female thread can thus be tested faster than ever before during series production.
Safe and pressure-tight connections to female threads of the most diverse connection standards can be established in just seconds - without tedious hand tightening.
Connecting and pressurising the test piece with 5 - 12 bar is accomplished in one operation. By simple actuation of the sliding sleeve, the patented WEH® clamping jaws spread apart and grip into the threaded test piece port.Additional sealants are not required. Complex and expensive clamping and testing devices are eliminated.
For automated testing procedures (frequent connections), the TW05 is also available with control housing instead of the sliding sleeve. With this version, actuation is carried out via external control and pressure lines. Thanks to the automated testing procedures, considerable time and cost savings are achieved.
The quick connector pays off within shortest time: Testing times are reduced, workflows improved and productivity is enhanced.
