Hydrogen applications are evolving – and with them, the requirements for refueling, infrastructure and high-pressure technology. That’s why we have expanded our H₂ portfolio with new solutions.
Whats’ new?
Our expanded H₂ portfolio includes new technologies for vehicle refueling, filling and discharging hydrogen containers, as well as for testing processes and applications in hydrogen infrastructure.
New fueling nozzles for different refueling requirements
With our new fueling nozzles, the focus is not only on simple and intuitive operation, but also on different pressure levels and flow rate requirements.
The new TK200 H₂ fueling nozzle features Push&Pull locking and one-hand operation and is designed for medium-flow applications of up to 90 g/s. It is available in H35, H35MF and H70 versions, covering three different pressure levels, and is TÜV-certified according to ISO 17268:2020.
For applications requiring particularly high hydrogen flow rates, the new TK500 H70HF high-flow fueling nozzle has been added to the portfolio. It is specifically designed for heavy-duty applications and enables flow rates of up to 300 g/s. The Push&Pull locking also ensures simple and intuitive handling. The fueling nozzles features H70HF coding according to ISO 17268-2.
This means we offer a complete hydrogen refueling portfolio covering 35 MPa to 70 MPa and standard to high-flow applications.
WEH is therefore the only supplier offering suitable hydrogen refueling components across all relevant pressure levels – from fueling nozzles and breakaways to receptacles and other system components.
Fast and safe connections
We are also expanding our range of quick connectors: The TW850-S50 and TW850-S60 H₂ enable the safe and fast connection of hydrogen containers – for example, for filling and discharging trailers and cylinder bundles, as well as for pressure and leak testing of H₂ systems.
The TW850-S60 H₂ can be connected to ISO 17268-1-coded receptacles and is optimized for H₂ applications at high operating pressures. The TW850-S50 H₂ is designed for typical pipe connections on hydrogen trailers and enables high flow rates.
New options for medium-pressure applications
Another focus is the expansion of our H₂ valve and fitting portfolio for applications up to 1,034 bar.
The range includes, among others, ball valves, double block and bleed valves, particulate filters, needle and check valves, pressure relief valves, as well as fittings and tubing.
The components are specifically designed for hydrogen applications and complement WEH’s existing high-pressure solutions.
