WEH® Leak Test Connector TW800 for pressure and function testing of bead, rim, collar, stub or male thread

The WEH® TW800 Quick Connector is ideally suited for function and pressure testing within the low pressure range up to 50 bar max. He establishes a leaktight connection to components with bead, rim, collar, flange, stub or male thread in just seconds - without tedious hand tightening. Additional sealants and sealing tapes are not required.

Simply pull back the grip sleeve and place the connector onto the test piece port. Thanks to the time-saving handling, testing times are significantly reduced and workflows facilitated. The high flow rate ensures, in addition, an enhanced productivity at the test bench.

Made from high quality stainless steel, the connector meets the high demands of industrial testing and is also suited for automated test procedures.

In the automotive industry, the WEH® TW800 quick release coupling is also used for leak testing of fuel connections, connections for cold and hot water and other supply lines as well as refrigeration and air conditioning components.
