WEH® Connector TW54
The WEH® TW54 filling connector is the ideal tool for filling gas cylinders with female thread. It is designed for a nominal pressure of 200 bar and for connection to non-residual pressure valves.
The highly innovative WEH® jaw locking mechanism establishes a secure and pressure-tight connection in seconds. The split collet design system close tight onto the thread of the cylinder valve while sealing the valve pressure-tight at the same time.
Simply place the CGA 580 connector into the gas cylinder valve and close the loop around it. The pressure-tight connection has now been established – with no need for laborious screwing and unscrewing. This simple, time-saving one-handed operation simplifies the connecting procedure and makes fuelling times shorter.
For increased safety for the operator, the connector is fitted with an integrated safety peg. The gas pressure activates the safety peg automatically, preventing the valve from being disconnected accidentally while under pressure.
The gas cylinder connection is also ideal for pallet-filling too, ensuring increased efficiency and further increases in productivity.
The quick connector is available for gas cylinder valves conforming to DIN, BS, NF, CGA, etc.
Connectors for oxygen applications are oxygen cleaned, and are free of oils and greases.
