WEH® Connector TW111
WEH® Service Connector TW111 for filling refrigerants on 'Schrader valves'
The WEH® TW111 service connector is the ideal tool for filling refrigerants. Thanks to the easy push & pull actuation, the TW111 connects to Schrader valves in just seconds. The safe and pressure-tight connection is established without continuous screwing and unscrewing of threaded ports. Thus the operator's joints are protected from injuries arising from repetitive motion. Work flows are considerably facilitated and a high operating comfort is achieved.
In addition, the WEH® TW111 filling connector reduces the loss of refrigerant by up to 99%. An integrated and flow-optimized shut-off valve allows only a minimum of refrigerant to escape into the air. Besides environmental protection, the operator is protected from cold burns to the hands.
Connection times are reduced, costs are cut and the productivity is increased.
The TW111 is optionally available with central or 90° media inlet. The colour-coded sliding sleeve, red or blue, for the high pressure respectively low pressure test piece port avoids mistaken use. The service connector is rated for an operating pressure of max. 42 bar and is equipped with a chloroprene front seal as standard. Versions with EPDM front seal for filling the refrigerant R410A are available. Other sealing materials on request. It is the customer’s responsibility to clarify the media compatibility.
TW111 is also available in convenient Pro Sets. These are available either with in-line or 90° media inlets and consist of one connector for the high pressure side, one adapter for the low pressure side, a front seal seat and an O-ring picker.
