WEH® TW130 | Connection PossibilitiesThe WEH® TW130 Quick Coupling offers a simple, fast, efficient way to test a large variety of tube-end forms without using a spanner. The quick release coupling will test various size hose swivel nut connections, tube-end forms and banjo connections. The connector is designed with easy S.M.E.D. (single minute exchange of dies) tooling. The component carrier of the quick connect can be exchanged easily for the next tube-end configuration offering easy tool change over and testing can continue with air, water, helium or oil. The compact design and ease of operation enables cost-effective testing, even for high quantities. The connector is equipped with pneumatic valve actuation, a customer-tailored steel sample holder and if required a retaining plate.
WEH® TW130 | FunctionThe simple pushbutton actuation makes the WEH® Quick Coupling TW130 a safe, simple to use connector that needs very little effort. Simply press the actuation button of the quick release coupling and the sealing piston retracts enabling the component to be inserted into the carrier. Release of the button sends the piston forward sealing the component as required. Testing can now commence. When testing is finished, release test pressure and push actuation button to enable the tested component to be retrieved.

The TW130 is rated for a pressure range up to max. 350 bar. Automation is possible.
